Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Luna's birthday is estimated at January 15, 2015. She is almost 9 months old and 45 pounds.
According to a dna test (attached), Luna is a German Shepherd/Brittany/Staffy mix. She has beautiful pearly white fur with tan spots.
Luna eats Simply Nourish Sweet Potato and Salmon Puppy. She is a very light and slow eater. She is used to sitting before eating until released with "OK!" She loves her Blue pumpkin treats. Her favorite toys are stuffies, which she shreds. She loved splashing around in a kiddie pool over the summer and likes mud puddles.
Luna attended Kinderpuppy at Smarty Paws, and she knows sit, down, and stay. She's very smart and sometimes stubborn, but her smile makes up for that. She responds well to treats. She's still a handful on the leash, because she is very excited to explore. She is high energy and would do well with people who run or hike. She's a rough-and-tumble girl who enjoys leaping over furniture and play wrestling. She can easily jump over a baby gate. She's very naughty about trash cans so a can with a secure lid is a must. Luna is crate trained. Her command for getting in the crate is "night night."
Luna can be possessive of toys and food and challenges dominant ADULT DOGS, but she is fine playing with dogs outside the home and did very well at kinderpuppy and social events. She has no problem with me taking food or toys from her. She has never been around cats.
Luna is sweet, sweet clown, and I am devastated that this has happened. I believe it is in her best interest and the best interest of my other dog for Luna to find a better fit with another family. She loves to be the center of attention and is a happy, silly puppy..
She has one year paid pet insurance through Pet Plan, good through July 3, 2016. I called Pet Plan tonight, and they can transfer the policy to you so she stays covered. It's a good plan with 90% coverage after a $200 deductible. She will be at the 6980 NORTH 5th, (North 5th and I-215 ) (NLV) Petsmart location for adoption.
