Meet Ferguson!

Ferguson is a kind and sweet older male (small) Standard American Eskimo Dog, maybe 10-11 yrs. old. He is up to date on all vaccinations and he is neutered. Ferguson has recently had a major dental surgery with some extractions. We are unsure of his past, but can be pretty certain he spent a good deal of time outside. He's experienced a lot of firsts since being with his foster mom. She tells us he was just a goofy dog trying to learn to be part of the pack family. He loves resting near her and getting his face and ears rubbed. He is house trained and loves to be outside. He sleeps on his dog bed, doesn't bark unless the doorbell rings, doesn't beg for food and has his manners down well. He still has his moments where he's unsure of his surroundings, but can easily be soothed and comforted. He's had different reactions to cats so we are unsure if he can live with cats. He is good friends with his foster dog siblings and enjoys their company, but he could easily be an only dog too. He does well with all humans and is a favorite at his Dr's office. He's a gentle sweet soul!
