PORTIA's Story...
Portia is a happy, lively pup who loves to romp and play with her siblings. Her Mom was a St. Bernard and Lab mix and her Dad was a Lab, which means she will be a pretty big girl when she is grown. That being said, she will need an active family that can dedicate plenty of time and give her lots of exercise. Portia was born on March 4th, has been spayed, micro-chipped, current on all vaccines, worming, heartworm and flea prevention. She will be able to travel to travel to her new home anytime after May 27th. Her adoption fee is $400.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

PORTIA, a Bedminster St. Bernard/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a St. Bernard/Labrador Retriever for sale in Bedminster, or seeking a St. Bernard/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Bedminster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bedminster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bedminster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even St. Bernard/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with St. Bernard/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bedminster paves the way for another one to be saved.
