My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Barnaby was found on a busy highway in a small rural Tennessee town by a kind person who was concerned he would be run over. They searched and searched to see if the owner would show up but it never happened. Barnaby’s handsome good looks tell us he is a Briard or a Picardy Shepherd which are distinct and rare breeds to see on just any street corner. He is about 7-8 months old and weighs 48 pounds. He is a great little guy who just wants to be everyone’s friend in life. Barnaby could use some typical puppy guidance and polishing, but for the most part he has a good and steady energy level. He walks well on leash unless he is more concerned with making his way to a new event or person. This handsome boy with the soft and uniquely colored fur is a quiet, peaceful and yet funny playful dog. He can go in to a room with 15 dogs and just let them all take their turn sniffing and checking him out; no aggression. He is crate trained and pretty much housetrained. He will be a rare addition to any family. We kind of think Barnaby would make a great movie star dog; he has the brains and the handsome good looks to pull it off! His only quirk is that he needs to eat alone, separate from other dogs. Hey…not everyone can be perfect! ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com
