Duplicate Listing - RORO (A069093) - 6 year old male brindle Boxer mix who is currently located at the Lee's Summit Animal Shelter and has been attending adoption events with Heart of America Humane Society at Ward Parkway Petsmart for the last few weeks. Please contact the Lee's Summit Animal Shelter to find out when you can meet him at (816) 969-1640 and they are located at 1991 SE Hamblen Rd, Lee's Summit, MO 64082. Roro knows sit and does enjoy getting treats. He is crate trained and housetrained plus walks well on the leash. He is good with kids, cats and other dogs. Roro has been very quiet at the adoption events. He is very sweet and would love to be in a home where he could just hang out and enjoy the company of humans or other dogs. It would probably be best to place him in a home with another less active dog and not many stairs. Please contact the Lee's Summit Animal Shelter to find out when and where you can meet him!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

A069093 Roro, a Overland Park Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Overland Park, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Overland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Overland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
