Flowers's Story...
Flowers is about 1 year old. She is as sweet as her name makes her sound. She loves people of all ages but does need work on her basic manners such as jumping up and some basic commands. Flowers would do best in a home with another dog, she needs a partner in crime to run and play with. She is all puppy and plays as such, especially with her canine companions. She is able to scale fences, however, so special precautions must taken to ensure her safety. She loves affection of any sort come in and pick this Flower out of our garden.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Flowers, a Martinsville Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Martinsville, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Martinsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Martinsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Martinsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Martinsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
