Candy's Story...
Candy is a cute and curious jack Russell terrier and Chihuahua mix. She is 18 months old, spayed and about 15 pounds. She was rescued from a neighborhood in Dublin Georgia when she almost got hit by a car. A concerned animal lover went door to door and learned she was a stray that had been hanging around for months. So volunteers got her to a vet and she has been in a foster home waiting for a family in Toronto so that she can come up from Georgia and begin her new life. She does well with other dogs and children and is friendly and happy. She is as cute and dainty a girl as you can find. She would love to be in your lap and relax and be with you. She is low key and gentle and is looking for protection. She has been on her own and wants so much to feel safe and loved. Please consider opening up your heart and family to this sweet girl. She will be coming to Toronto in early June – as soon as her new family is found.

This animal is available for adoption through Cause 4 Paws animal rescue in Toronto ON. Canada. If you're interested in adopting from our organization, please reply to this posting for an application that must be completed and returned to begin the process.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Candy, a Toronto Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Toronto, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Toronto.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toronto already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toronto breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toronto paves the way for another one to be saved.
