My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hope-DSH Black Female, ~ 10-12 mo (May 2014)

Hope's story is one of survival in the worst of times. Brought into a high kill shelter in the middle
of having babies...Hope was so sick that her eyes were stuck shut, nose crusted over, she could
hardly breath, much less deliver newborns. But deliver she did, 3 little ones. She didn't know
it had even happened, no milk, no maternal inclination.
Lucky for Hope, a Rescue Volunteer was at the Shelter and took her for care.
Another nursing mom took over the care of the kittens and Hope's life was looking
better. She responded quickly to antibiotics and has made a full recover. Now in great health
she has shown up what a loving girl she is. She loves people., loves to talk, is more then anxious
to find a new home, to start things over. Leaving all the bad memories behind. Hope's adoption fee
is $100 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption.
