Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Beasley is a 1.5 year old terrier mix. He only weighs 15 pounds and is healthy and frisky. He loves his home, his yard and his family. Beasley becomes stressed and anxious in new situations, however. He needs a home where he can feel relaxed and confident. He is not the type of dog that can go on walks around the neighborhood. Even though he walks well on a leash, he gets very barky and upset when he sees other dogs. He also will not enjoy going to the dog park. He will not enjoy a trip to Home Depot, or a friend’s home, or a hiking trail, or a boat ride, or a camping trip, or a family barbecue, etc. He likes being home where is everything is familiar. He is a frisky, happy, playful, engaging, affectionate little dog at home. He needs an owner who understands his tender nature. If you think you would like to adopt Beasley please fill out the application at russellrescue.com. A home visit and vet reference are mandatory to adopt Beasley. Adoption fee is $150. No adopting from out of state. Contact jolleyjames@sbcglobal.net if you have questions.
