Blaire is a West Highland Terrier mix who is about a year old and weighs 12 lbs. She is housetrained, not fearful and not a barker although she can be aggressive while on leash. She has a wonderful personality and wants to be near people at all times. She is a darling girl who can be energetic at times and calm at other times. She needs some training as she can jump on people in her excitement and can get a little carried away at times. We expect her to settle down nicely. Her temporary foster describes her as happy, affectionate and playful.
