My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cece is a sweet young Chihuahua who was surrendered to Happy Tails by a lady who lives in a mobile home park and doesn't have a fenced yard. This young dog wants to be able to run and greet people and be free. She is also quite vocal and she squeaks and makes other noises to communicate.

It just wasn't working at the park, so she was surrendered to Happy Tails, and she is now looking for a good home and family.
