Sid's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Sid's Story...
Meet Sid. He is dreaming of a friendly place to call home. He was brought to us by a good Samaritan who took Sid to the vet to have an embedded rope removed from around his neck. After the surgery & some recuperation time he is now ready for his forever, loving home. He is a little shy but loves to lean against you & loves attention. A home without livestock and a sturdy fenced yard would be best for this guy. Adoption applications are available (1) online - www.brightsideanimals.org, or (2) Brightside Animal Center in Redmond, OR. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations, microchip, free veterinary wellness visit the first week and one month of free pet insurance.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sid, a Redmond Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Redmond, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Redmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Redmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Redmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Redmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
