Arabella's Story...
Joining TGPR again, say hello to sweet and regal Arabella!!!

Hi guys, some of you may remember me. A lot has changed since the last time I spoke to you. In that time I got adopted, and it was wonderful. It was so cool being able to say that I had a home, but the inner explorer in me got the best of me and I started jumping my adopters 4ft fence. They had to make the tough decision to let me go back to rescue because they didn't want me getting hurt. I don't know why I did it, its just the world is just such a big place and you never know what could be waiting for you just over that fence, but I really don't want to leave my home and I don't want to be tempted either so I am looking for a home with privacy or a tall fence I can't climb/jump. I know some of you must be confused on who I am, so here is my tale and how I ended up in rescue....

My name is Arabella and I am now almost a year old, I came into rescue when I was 6 months old. I had a rough life before that as well, I was on my own. I spent many nights and days all on my own, always wandering around searching for a place to belong. I guess thats where my adventurous side comes from. I was often hungry and my beautiful white coat got all tangled up and matted. When I would find a puddle of water somehwere I didn't even recognize the dog staring back at me in my reflection. I was just a pup and I knew there had to be more than wandering from place to place, it was almost like I was there but I wasn't like I was just drifiting and not really living life. Sometimes I would cross paths with a human and I would hope they would take me home with them but they never did and I was once again all on my own. One day, I met one and before I knew what was happening they put this weird rope thing around me and put me in their car and brought me, not to a home like I had hoped but to a shelter. Here I stayed many days and I had thought that someone would have to adopt me now, with all these people coming through someone would have to fall in love with me. I was once again wrong and no one ever took me home, but a rescue did come for and I sure am glad they did! I went to a foster home where I blossomed into the beautiful and wonderful girl I am today. I soon got adopted and you know what happened from there. Now that you are all caught up, let me tell you about myself.

I am a super sweet girl and love everyone and everything I meet! I am active and love to play so I would really love it if I went to a home with at least one other dog who would love to play with me. I am also very gentle with kids and love being with them. I am good with other dogs and cats, and already hosuebroken. I am a really great gal and I really hope you will let me show you and hope you fill out an adoption application for me at http://www.txpyrs.org/TGPRescue/Public/AppServlet?COMMAND=HOME
Can't wait to meet you
Love Arabella

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Arabella, a Kyle Great Pyrenees puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees for sale in Kyle, or seeking a Great Pyrenees puppy from a breeder in Kyle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kyle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kyle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kyle paves the way for another one to be saved.
