Spencer's goofy, outgoing personality has made him a fast favorite at the shelter. This happy young pup greets everyone with enthusiasm, seems to get along with other dogs, and has a gentle mouth for treats. He has begun his basic obedience training and is seeking a permanent companion to perfect him!
