Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Brownie is a 3-year-old piggie that was given up due to her family moving out of state and not being able to find a rental that allowed them to keep pets. She has been a child's pet and is very friendly. Yoda is from the same family and was purchased to be a friend to Brownie, but Brownie didn't like her,so the pigs have been housed in separate cages.
Guinea pigs are active, gentle, relatively low maintenance pets that love companionship, delight in cuddles and make great pets for gentle children six years old and up. Guinea pigs are happiest when they have a clean cage and lots of interactive socialization time with their person. They do require fresh hay and greens (lettuce, parsley, basil, etc.) on a daily basis and adopters should consider this expense when adding a guinea pig to their family. If you would like to adopt a guinea pig, rabbit or other small critter, please fill out our adoption application.
