JJ the Jewel's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

JJ the Jewel's Story...
JJ is 3-5 years old 70 pounds, completely house trained, very gentle and loving. Gets along with other dogs after being properly introduced and older kids. She is a little skittish around strangers but warms up when she gets to know you. Loves to go for walks, be brushed and just hang out at your feet if you're having a chill day. Will come and ask nicely for love. Is very patient and kind. Not an outgoing and super social dog, prefers to be with her people at home or on a walk. Probably wouldn't do well at the dog park. she's being fostered in Denton Texas near Ft Worth.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

JJ the Jewel, a plano Border Collie/Great Pyrenees dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Great Pyrenees for sale in plano, or seeking a Border Collie/Great Pyrenees dog from a breeder in plano.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in plano already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a plano breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Border Collie/Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in plano paves the way for another one to be saved.
