Facts about Reese

  • Breed: Labrador Retriever Mix
  • Color: Brown/Chocolate - With White
  • Age: Young
  • Size: Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
  • Sex: Male
Reese is a 2 - 3 yr old chocolate lab mix. He is reliably house trained, begrudgingly crate trained, and is so easy to have around. He loves his people and wants nothing more than to lay by your feet or sleep with his head on your lap. (He does enjoy a rousing game of tug, however!) Reese is a world class cuddler and smoocher. Somewhere in Reese's past, he seems to have had a bad relationship with another dog, because even though he gets along wonderfully with his foster canine sisters, he has fear aggression towards dogs he does not know. We have been working on this with a trainer, but it is perhaps best that he goes to a forever family where he is the only dog. He has no reaction to cats at the trainers, but he would have to meet any cats that might be in his future home. His trainer has offered to work with you and Reese so you know how to help him get over his fears. Reese is such a sweet, loving boy. He needs a calm, quieter home with a fenced yard where he can stick by his people and love them forever.

Reese is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested and on prevention. His adoption fee is $200.
