Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there! My name is Juju. I am a 5-year-old neutered male Yorkie mix. I weigh about 10 pounds. If you're the type of person that likes to take your dog with you everywhere, then I would make the perfect companion for you. I'm a great size for traveling.
I'm super cute with a wonderful personality to match. I love giving kisses to all my friends, so hopefully you like affection. I'm a huge snuggler and would much prefer to be in your lap than anywhere else.
If I had to describe myself in one word it would be "friendly." I get along great with everybody! Adults, kids, small dogs, large dogs, and even kitties. I see everyone as a potential friend! Would you like to be my new human companion?
I should also mention that I am house-broken. I know that some people find that to be a really important quality in a dog.
Want to know how I ended up in need of a new home? Here's the story:
I had been living with a nice woman for most of my life. One day, she had to move and was not able to take me with her. She didn't want to send me to the pound, so she asked her father to keep me. He agreed and for a while, things were good. I lived with other dogs and cats and I was happy. However, I guess caring for me became too much of a burden and my new parent dropped me off a high-kill shelter without telling the rest of the family. When they found out they immediately contacted CageFree to see if they would allow me into their rescue. Thankfully, they said yes!
Now I spend my days hanging out with all my new friends while they work hard to find me a forever home. Do you think you could be the home I am looking for? If so, please don't hesitate to contact CageFree and tell them you want to schedule a time to come meet me.
**SPECIAL NEEDS: Juju has epilepsy. He takes daily medication to control the condition.**
