Warning: HEART THIEF ahead!!! Whoever fosters this little 5 lb senior 7 yr old chiweenie boy may as well just adopt him outright… he is so loving and sweet that they won’t ever be able to let him go…he is good w other small dogs and cats (have not seen him with larger dogs yet) and he loves his HUMANS! Howie was saved on his last day at the shelter with his pals Nadia and Laurel….they are all so grateful to have a second chance at life..will it be with you?
