My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Carlos! This adorable Terrier/Chihuahua mix is 15 lbs of sweetness! Probably between 6-8 years old this little guy has the red/brown coloring of a fox. Having started his early life in southern California, Carlos made his way north to find a loving forever home. He was likely a well-loved pet that came upon a rough patch; he seems to be house trained, but does not like to use a pee pad, is crate trained, and is generally mellow, quite and very well behaved. This dog is super easy going and eager to please! He shadows his foster mom all around the house, though he will happily hang out on his own when she’s busy. Out and about he loves a long walk or moderate hike, he’s just as happy being active as he is snuggling up on the couch with his human. In his foster home Carlos has done well with small dogs. He is a very smart little dog, though he could benefit from some training basics, sit and stay are not yet in his vocabulary. This dog will be a great and easy addition to a family or just as well suited to a couple or individual.(RDS)
