My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Adoption fee on this dog is $300.

Kamira is a 20-24 month old sable female weighing only 48 lbs. She was an unclaimed stray from a Modesto shelter so nothing is known of her background.

Currently living with other male foster dogs, they like to run and play together. She also lives with 5 children from ages 5 to 16 and is very good with them. Kamira has fairly high prey drive so no cats or small critters for her.

Kamira has some training under her belt and is eager to continue to learn. She loves to play ball! Kamira has great recall, walks nicely on a leash, and loves to jog with her human. She knows how to keep a nice pace and doesn't tire fast. This is an energetic girl that needs regular aerobic exercise and activities.

Kamira rides nicely in the car, sleeps quietly in her crate at night and is learning indoor house manners. She is also housebroken.

With time, commitment, and reinforced training, Kamira will make an excellent companion.
