Have you been looking for that perfect petite fawn snugglebug? Not quite a puppy and not quite an adolescent? How about not too big and not too small? Just enough flash to make her a star? Well, then, you’ve been looking for Brinkley. This 3 to 4 year old female is “as perfect as they get” says her long time foster mom.

She is a very healthy, fully vetted. spayed and heartworm negative Boxer. She lived with a house full of Boxers and young kids and activity and laughs and she fit in like a hand in a glove. Brinkley rarely barks, but she “moos” when she needs attention and when she needs to go outside. She is house trained and leash trained, uses the dog door, but just doesn’t need a crate very often. She does not jump up, does not counter surf, and doesn’t engage in mischief.

Oh, she likes to play and her wigglebutt goes so hard she dances. This one broke her foster mom’s heart; she is such a wonderful Boxer. Brinkley is coming back to ABR because she was not happy living as an only dog in her adoptive home. So, she and another female foster came into a foster home with 3 resident Boxers and became part of the pack in 2 days. Some or all of the pack are crated at times when they are not supervised, and even though Brinkley is not fond of her crate, she walks in for a treat or a meal and gradually calms as she sees the rest of her pack near her in their crates. She knows to sit and wait her turn for treats.

She needs to be part of a family with dogs and hopefully kids. Brinkley would love to do her wigglebutt dance for her forever family, so step up, ask to meet her.
