Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Gooch: 5 years old. He is very active and intelligent. His greatest love is his ball. He never gets tired of it. Very protective of those he loves but can be aggressive toward strangers, but only in his own yard. He does well at dog parks. He does know basic commands, sit, lie down, and roll over, shake paws, stay...for a second. He eats well but has a very weak stomach. No table food. Gooch sleeps most of the night. If he didn't get enough exercise that day he will wake up to go to the bathroom. He is neutered and is up to date on all his shots and heart worm medicine. We do not recommend small children or cats around him.
Sandy: 4 years old. She is our lap dog. Sandy loves naps and getting treats. She is very loving. She does get anxiety during rain and thunder storms, but she has special pills from the vet that help. Also has a weak stomach. She recently had pancreatitis from getting some table food during a barbeque, but it wasn't severe and cleared right up...so no table food at all for her. She has a really good appetite. Sleep all night no problem and doesn't want to get up in the morning. She is spayed and is up to date on all shots and has a tracking chip.
Our only requirement is that they stay together and you have a secure fenced in yard. They both sleep with us at night and spend their days in the yard. But they will also sleep in their beds or a crate at night.
We love our dogs very much and don't want to lose them but our lives have changed recently. We travel a lot doing volunteer work. They stay with family while were gone. We don't like them having to be shifted around all the time. We think it would be best if they were in a home that was more stable. Hope someone out there can help.
