Here's what the humans have to say about me:
ChiChi is a handsome, red 11 month old male Shiba Inu who was purchased from a pet store by a college student. Unfortunately, he didn’t have time for a pet, so his parents took ChiChi in for a bit; ChiChi learned sit, down and paw! They tried to make it work but a puppy wasn’t a good fit. Fortunately, they found ChiChi a DCSIR foster family with 2 dogs to play with! DC SIR will show you some fun videos of me playing with my furry foster family!
ChiChi is a really big puppy, already weighing 30 pounds! He has long legs and thick fur; he can be a real cuddle bug once he warms up to you! ChiChi is a dog on the go! He's always ready for adventure and playtime, and he's looking for a forever family that can keep up with him! ChiChi loves everyone he meets and will do great in a home with other dogs and/or a social and active family.
We are only considering applicants in the immediate DC area (see our guide here): http://dcsir.org/who-we-are/
