I was found waiting in the shelter when someone saw me and recognized that I am special. They call me Beauty. Is it because of my sparkling blue eyes, or my chocolate points, or could it be my beautiful, sweet disposition? Maybe it is all of these and so much more! My favorite things are being held and having that someone special to call me their own. I have been waiting for that special someone to recognize that I am indeed a beauty that is meant just for them! I have been in a foster home with both dogs and cats and get along harmoniously with them all. I am still a young girl, but I have the litter box etiquette down and know how to behave in a home. I am 2 years old and am very playful and love to chase toys!
Beauty is a participant in the Paws in the City Guest Dog Program, so her ongoing care and custody are provided by her foster, not by Paws in the City. To meet, please fill out an adoption application at http://pawsinthecity.org/adopt.htm

NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply.
