My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sometimes you just meet dogs and know they’re special, no matter their condition. That’s exactly what happened when our rescue met Emeline. Rescued from a local shelter, she was diagnosed with both Sarcoptic and Demodex mange. Because of the Sarcoptic diagnosis, she had to stay in quarantine for 6 weeks as she healed. You would think that would dishearten a pup, but not this girl! She remains so sweet and loving and wants nothing more than to be with you. At just over a year and about 60 pounds, Emmie is extremely affectionate and an amazing kisser! She absolutely loves going for walks and being outside. She absolutely loves to wrestle with her foster sister. She's good with cats and incredible with kids! Emeline is smart too – she’s mastered sit and paw! She is now mange-free and is looking for a forever home that is as wonderful as she is.
