This wonderfully sweet little boy has all of the characteristics of a Havanese. he loves to be held, loves to be around his person, leans on you when snuggling for affection. He loves to sleep in his people's bed with them. He is gentle, mild mannered, sweet, calm and absolutely perfect. Cooper is being fostered in Tennessee where he is being showered with love until he finds his new forever family. He has been neutered, microchipped, groomed, vaccinated. He is kennel trained, never barks, and walks very well on a leash. His adoption fee of 450.00 includes his transport to the midwest.
All of our pets start their journey in Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted at which time they travel via transport to their new forever home. We use Alpha Dog Pet Transport for our New England adoptions, https://alphadogtransport.com/ and The Road Home Pet Transport for our Midwest adopters. The adoption fee includes the transport fee.
Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well-educated decision from well qualified staff.

We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, Blues City is operated 100% by volunteers.
