Raven's Story...
This sweet older gal is Raven. She came to us when her owner could no longer take care of her and her other little friends. Raven is a wonderful girl who needs a nice quiet place to hang out . She is a very young 10 years old ,which works in her favor because she has manners and most likely is house trained . Senior dogs make the best pets. She would be a perfect companion for a senior citizen . She gets along well with other dogs . She is a little shy at this time but is doing very well . She would make a great friend for the right person. Are you that person ? Weights 22 lbs. Spayed - All Shots

In many cases, this adoption fee does NOT cover the cost of vet care and rarely if ever covers the cost of food and toys for the dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Raven, a Fairmount Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Fairmount, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Fairmount.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fairmount already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fairmount breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fairmount paves the way for another one to be saved.
