Carmella's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Carmella's Story...
Carmella looks like a terrier mix. She is approx 12 months old and 23 lbs. She is just a really nice dog, very quiet and timid when we first rescued her. After a few days she started to come out of her shell and play with the other dogs. She has a very nice disposition,. Her foster mom says she seems to be pretty well house trained and gets along well with her cats! She does well on a leash and seems to be a very laid back and happy girl.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Carmella, a Norwalk Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Norwalk, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Norwalk.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwalk already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwalk breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwalk paves the way for another one to be saved.
