Bambi's Story...
Little golden girl Bambi, a 14 lb. Chihuahua/Miniature pinscher mix, is looking for a new home. Her owner is unable to continue caring for her.

Bambi is a sweet little dog who loves to relax and cuddle with you on the couch or easy chair. Her other favorite pastime is sunbathing. She is good with both adults and children. She likes other dogs in general, but is frightened of large aggressive dogs.

Bambi wants to please. She walks nicely on leash and will sit on command. She is house trained, but may need special encouragement to attend to business outside if it is raining. Bambi is healthy and current on vaccinations. She is accustomed to a manicure twice a year.

If you're looking for a sweet little companion, Bambi may be your next best friend.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bambi, a Castro Valley Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher for sale in Castro Valley, or seeking a Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Castro Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Castro Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Castro Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Castro Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
