MACK IS A FABULOUS DOG!
Your heart will have a Mack Attack!
He is a 3 year old Wirehaired Fox Terrier/Jack Russell that weighs about 18 pounds. Sweet, affectionate Mack was impounded by LA Animal Services as a stray. He was lucky enough to hitch a ride on the shelter truck to The Rescue Train's big annual fund raiser, The Race for the Rescues, and now, all of his troubles are in the rear view mirror.
Mack clearly lived in a home at some point in his life. He knows how to sit and is housebroken. He is a happy, fun, energetic boy who loves toys and loves most of all to chase a ball. A secure yard and a good arm are required when adopting this pup! Afterward he loves nothing else as much as he loves to curl up in your lap.
He is living in a foster home and gets along great with the two small dogs that are his roommates. He can be reactive to dogs when he's walking on leash but with a little training that can be corrected. If he were to live with children, older kids would be a better match for him.
He's very smart and thrives on interaction. He's an active boy that needs to be a member of a family that loves to play and go to the beach, as long as he gets to do things with his family, he's one happy camper. He'd be happiest in a home where people aren't gone for long periods of time.
Mack is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
