Update: You can now get daily updates, photos and/or on Wonder through her Facebook page, found at https://www.facebook.com/Finding-a-Home-For-Wonder-654299714717767/?fref=ts
Our horses have received their basic vaccinations (Rabies vaccine, EWT combo vaccine) at the time of adoption. They have been dewormed and have a negative Coggins test as well. All horses have received a hoof assessment and trimming done by Pete Ramey. Horses are also microchipped.
We do our best to determine what amount of training they have had and to represent them as accurately as possible. However, we usually do not know the history of our horses, so we determine training by how the horses act after we get them.
We desire for our horses to find a good home where the horse will be a good fit with the person adoption him/her. With that goal in mind, we do our best to accurately represent everything, good and bad, with our horses.
CARE provides one week free boarding until you can pick up your new horse. Adoption fees may be negotiable to the right home. For more information, please email us at email@example.com You can see our adoption applications and and more info about our rescue on our website, www.crossroadsanimalrescue.org. Please apply to adopt there - the no obligation application just gets you approved so we can set up a time for you to meet our horses. You can also call us at 864-972-9994.

You'll receive a copy, too, at to help you keep track of which pets you've inquired about, and which shelters and rescues you've emailed.
NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures, on the pet's details page on Adopt-a-Pet.com.
