Jax is a 4 1/2 year old 66 lbs beautiful, handsome energetic boy. Jax has has been professionally trained with 7 weeks of boot camp. He loves to play ball and play 'find it' when you hide his ball, toy or treats. He knows sit, down, shake with both paws. He is house broken and DOES NOT MARK! He is good with kids and adults. He is dog friendly with proper introduction. HE WAS RAISED WITH 2 SMALL DOGS AND 3 CATS. He loves human attention and likes to be with you He will lay by your feet or cuddle beside you on the couch. He is very smart and a quick learner. He responds well to corrections. Jax is an owner surrender. The young man moved out of his parents home and left Jax behind. The parents banished Jax to the backyard after being an inside dog. Jax is looking for a for a family to continue to reinforce the training he received and continue giving him exercise, discipline, structure and consistency. He would be a good jogging buddy. He loves car rides and going places. He loves to swim. He wants a forever loving home and be part of a family and not left unattended in a backyard. If you are that family come and meet Jax. About Our Rescue Group...

The Linda Blair Worldheart Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit California Corporation. Our work includes education the public, and working with state, local and national authorities to put an end to pet overpopulation as well as working at the national level to end illegal dogfighting. We visit our local shelters and find abandoned pets on death row, and we give them a second chance at a loving, permanent home. We are one of the few California rescue groups that rescue mothers and newborns (from one to five weeks of age), due to the high fee required by many shelters for their release of unaltered females who need tocontinue nursing their young. These animals are the first to be put to death in shelters. Shelters are unable to raise kittens and puppies and newborns cannot survive the diseases often found in such closely held captive environments. We give our rescued animals immediate medical care, proper nutrition, grooming, and socialization training. We have a few loving foster homes, but we need more caring foster parents. This temporary care canlast up to a year so the animal can adjust and heal any physical or emotional wounds. And it always takes time to find the perfect loving home.
