Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sprocket is a 3 year old white, black and tan Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix with a docked tail who weighs 7 lbs. He is a pure lap dog and a very sweet boy. He is not fearful, not aggressive and not a barker. He is good with other dogs and may get jealous around them, especially if you are trying to give them lap-time. He was returned to the shelter by his owner - reason unknown. Sprocket has a little separation anxiety and would love to have a home where he had company for at least part of the day. He just wants to be somebody's lap dog. He is housetrained and can also use puppy pads although he hasn't had to yet.He is a good boy who can be left alone without problems. He may cry a little at first but he soon settles himself down. He eats well and minds well. He doesn't like to be picked up suddenly as he startles easily and he doesn't like people up in his face. For this reason we do not not recommend him for a home with small children.
