My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet SAQUI, a 2 to 3 yr old mixed breed weighing about 13 lbs. We believe she is a Morkie-poo, a maltese/yorkie/poodle mix. Cute little dog-active but not hyper, curious, playful and thrives on attention.

SAQUI's new home should be one where she is the center of attention, preferably an only-dog home. She loves to be with her human and be the center of your world. She is very friendly and gets along with other dogs, but will bother you for attention if you are with them and not her!

SAQUI also walks very nicely on leash and is crate trained, although there is no need to crate her since she is 100 house trained. Saqui will even tell you when when she needs to go out.
She is definitely not an early riser. She prefers to sleep in until 8 a.m., a girl needs her beauty sleep or so before starting her day. If you wake her too early she will grumble a bit but will eventually get up and get moving.

SAQUI is currently being fostered in PALM BEACH county. To learn more about adopting her, go to www3.coastalpoodlerescue.org/poodles/poodledetail.cfm?dogID=1795
