My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kent: You, huh? Well you won't get away with this. Doctor Hathaway's gonna hear all about this. You'll rue the day! Chris Knight: Rue the day? Who talks like that? from 'Real Genius'
Well there certainly is nothing to 'rue' about Rue!! (really...who does talk like that?) In fact, we think she's the perfect girl! Rue is a 6 month old tan beagle mix currently weighing 20 lbs. We truly doubt she will get any bigger than 30 lbs full grown (if that). Rue is quite the little socialite. She spends her day playing with lots of other foster siblings and kids older and younger. She even likes cats!. She had a bit of a rough start due to being malnourished but that's all in the past. Her foster mom saw her and fell in love immediately so she was pulled into the safety of rescue and a loving foster home. It took a little time to get things turned around for Rue but what a success! She is now a beautiful happy healthy sweet friendly little girl (she has always been happy, sweet, and friendly). She is a gentle pup at play, not really one to rough house cuz she's a little lady. Rue is crate trained and for the most part house trained, she may need a few days to adjust to a new place but that is normal with most babies. She's about as precious as they come with an infectious smile to boot. She's all about family life and being with her people. She is very easy going...no muss no fuss with this baby girl! Rue does very well on leash and responds well to basic commands. She'd like nothing more than to spend time with her family watching movies, going for rides, or taking a walk wherever destiny leads. Rue is already spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, and current on preventatives. She's got her life all together now. In fact the only thing missing is a forever loving home (there's just no place like home). We think you will 'rue' the day you miss the opportunity to welcome Rue into your heart and home.
