Max is a super sweet and mellow guy. He doesn't ask for much, but when you talk to him or offer a belly rub, he lights up with joy and eagerly accepts the attention.
Handsome Max is a complete gentleman in the house, and he gets along with everyone he meets, including the resident cats and the smaller dogs in his foster home. He tries to play with the small dogs, but sometimes he's just too big to play with them. Max would love to have a medium to large canine playmate in his Forever Home. His original owner had a lot of pets, so Max is used to other animal companions.
This good boy can be trusted with free run of the house while his foster mom is at work. He sleeps peacefully in his crate at night. He is also great on the leash, which makes it a pleasure to take him for walks. Max is a really excellent dog who is easy to have around. He would fit nicely into many home situations. So if you're looking for an amiable guy who just wants to be your best buddy, contact his case managers right away!
