My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Quentin is an incredibly sweet, laid back fellow that was previously hit by a car. A motorist saw him trotting down the road in the rain and stopped to pick him up. As he happily headed towards her, he was struck my a car coming in the other direction. Quentin ended up nearly losing his life because he was considered "unadoptable" in his condition. We took him into our rescue, his foster family allowed him to heal and we also treated his heartworms. Quentin is now a healthy, happy guy with a long life ahead of him, but he needs a special family to share it with!

Quentin loves to play and be with people and he is extremely sweet. Sometimes he is a little bit shy, but he loves everyone he meets. He does really great on walks and he loves to go. He has done wonderful with other respectful dogs and responds very well to positive reinforcement. He knows "sit" and "lay down", and he goes in his crate when asked like a gentleman. Quentin is crate-trained and house-trained, so he is ready to fit right in easily with a new family!

If you're interested in adopting Quentin, his adoption fee is $250. He has received all of his vaccinations, has been treated for heartworms, is neutered, micro-chipped and has a Seresto collar for fleas & ticks which goes with him to his new home.
