Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Duke Dynamo is incredibly cuddly but he does get over stimulated when petted sometimes, so he would do best in a home with older children and adults. He doesn't play nicely with other cats but supposedly likes dogs. He is quite playful and is not destructive at all, despite needing more daily playtime and attention than average. He's never even tried to scratch my furniture or anything like that. He does have a history of urine crystals and is on a 100% wet food diet. His crystal count is at 0, so he's done very well with the regimine I've set for him. I am looking to rehome him because my partner who I will be moving in with has never had a pet and did not realize all of the "problems" that may arise when you have a cat in the house, e.g., litter scatter, being woken up when Duke jumps on the bed to sleep, nipping due to over-stimulation, etc. To me these are normal matters that just come along with owning a cat. To my boyfriend they are incredibly frustrating and not worth it. We've gone back-and-forth for months before I realized he's not going to change his mind. Duke is a fun cat with plenty of love to give. Sometimes he kisses my face, other times he just wants to sit in my lap. His quirkiness and affection make managing his medical issue totally worth it.
