Isabel's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Isabel's Story...
Isabel is a sweet 4 year old harl great dane. This poor girl has some serious pain issues along her back and hips and is currently being evaluated by Dr. Kim at La Cueva Animal Hospital. We sure hope we can get this girl feeling better so she can run and play and eventualyl find her forever home. She does fine with kids, cats and other dogs although she would do best with a little bit older of a dog who knows when to let her back have a rest.

Isabel's Adoption fee is $250. If you are interested in adopting Isabel please visit our website and fill out an adoption application!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Isabel, a Albuquerque Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Albuquerque, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Albuquerque.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Albuquerque already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Albuquerque breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Albuquerque paves the way for another one to be saved.
