PUPPY DANDY ANDY's Story...
Dandy Andy is an amazingly sweet 4 1/2 month old Yellow Lab/Husky mix. What an amazing story of survival and resilience this little guy has had. Andy was found abandoned at 8-10 weeks old running through heavy traffic. Rescuers frantically watched while he was hit by two separate trucks on a local highway. Despite his painful injuries, Andy still managed to wag his tail and give kisses to his rescuers, onlookers and the vet staff during his exam and treatment. Now that he has recuperated, Andy spends his days playing and loving on everyone (even the grumpy foster cat). He is crate trained and just about housetrained. Dandy Andy is extremely well socialized. He adores humans, canines and felines of all ages and is just an amazing little miracle. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. Why Adoption is a Great Option

PUPPY DANDY ANDY, a Salem Labrador Retriever/Husky puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Husky for sale in Salem, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Husky puppy from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Husky breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
