Monarch aka Waving Monarch is an Off The Track Thoroughbred who was rescued from horrible conditions. On the brink of death, he was saved and rehabilitated at RVR Horse Rescue. He was adopted and given a good life until his family fell on hard times. Now he is back and ready to find his new family. He can be lightly ridden due to old injury.
