Just one look into her gentle brown eyes and you can see the love and gratitude behind them. River was pulled on her last day from a high-kill shelter, a beautiful little girl whose new life is just beginning. She's such a kind spirit, sweet as can be, with a tail wag and a big smile for everyone she meets. She's being fostered in a home with dogs, cats, horses and visiting children and she is so eager to please, and loves when her people are happy. All she needs is a warm lap to sit in . . . and plenty of room for the puppy crazies (after all, she IS a puppy!!) River is about 10 - 11 weeks old and still the perfect size for hugs. She looks mostly Lab and we think she'll be in the 45 pound range fully grown (a "Mini-Lab"!).
