Meet Kasper, he came into the pound as a stray with his brother their owners never came for them!! Kaspers brother passed adoption standards and was placed up for adoption, Kasper on the ither hand failed for being hyper and unruly!! So we had Kasper vetted and sent him to foster care, where we soon found out why he was unruly, HE IS DEAF!!!! Kasper does well with all animals and kids, he is learning how to communicate with people!! Kasper is a sweetheart of a guy that wants a forever home of his own!!! He needs an experienced home, he needs someone who.has experience with deaf animals!!!
