My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sergio is looking for a foster home immediately. Sergio was left on the property when animal helper bought the new location. The property will be demolished in the next few weeks. Sergio cannot be there during this time & has no where to go. Remember black dogs are very hard to place. Mutts are harder to place. Bigger mutts are harder to place. We also have a harder time placing males. All these combined makes his chances slim.

Sergio is 40 lbs & ~4 years old. He's neutered. Sergio is heartworm positive but will be on medicine to prepare him for heartworm treatement. Sergio is up to date on shots, heartworm & flea prevention. He had a great exam. Sergio was very shy when we met him two years ago. He now requests attention from anyone that comes on the property. He even jumps in the car and he used to be terrified of it. He will give kisses. He loves to lay against you while getting attention. Sergio wants to start his new life away from his horrible past.
