My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cali is a sweet girl, she was dumped in her owner's yard a few months ago. Mrs. Dunn couldn't take her to the pound and Cali gets along with Mrs. Dunn's chihuahua, Charlie. Mrs. Dunn is now forced to leave her home of fifty years and move to a senior citizen's home where she can only take Charlie.

Cali is 59 lbs. and she is currently on a diet for being slightly overweight, she will probably end up between 50-55 lbs. Cali is crate-trained, she walks amazing on the leash, always at your side, never pulling. She also knows how to sit and give her paw. She is house-trained as well. She's highly trainable and receptive to learning new commands.

Cali would do best in a home with one other dog, or as only dog. She is overwhelmed when there are too many dogs.

If you want to meet Cali call or text Ariel at 714-485-3716 or email poochmatch@hotmail.com

If you are interested in meeting this dog at our weekly adoption event on Saturdays at the Petsmart in Yorba Linda, CA (5521 Mirage St.) between noon and 4 pm, please fill out an application from our website, poochmatch.com, and return it via email to poochmatch@hotmail.com no later than 11 AM on Fridays. Due to the high volume of dogs and puppies in our foster homes, it is impossible to bring them all every Saturday. The only way to ensure that the dog that you are interested in will be at the adoption event is to FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the dog you are interested in will be at our adoption event. If you cannot make the time frame of our events, appointments can be made at another time and location solely at the discretion of the foster mom.

All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, necessary vaccinations, fecal testing and deworming. Adoption fees vary solely based on age and size.
