Lola's Story...
Hi, my name is Lola. I'm a tiny female long haired Chihuahua, and I weigh 6.45 pounds. I'm around 2 years old (born ~6/15/13). I was surrendered to a family because my owners didn't want me any more. The family to whom I was surrendered have two small children, and they are getting a divorce. The dad couldn't take me with him, and the mom has the two young children, so she is unable to take care of the children and me too, so I was surrendered to Happy Tails.

I'm great with children of all ages and dogs too. We're not sure how well I would get along with kitties, but I am house trained and a really nice girl. My adoption fee is $250.

PLEASE PICK ME TO BE YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lola, a Plain City Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Plain City, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Plain City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plain City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plain City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plain City paves the way for another one to be saved.
