Paisley's Story...
Piper and Paisley are a great pair of chins, who met here in the rescue. Paisley was born to one of our foster chins from a large surrender who came to us pregnant. All the other chins were adopted out successfully, but we couldn\'t bare to see the poor little baby alone. Lucky for us Piper came in that same day! After about 5 minutes it was clear they were going to be a great duo. Paisley LOVES her big, chubby friend, and Piper has totally become the mother figure to her. Like almost all baby chins, these chins are WIGGLY!!! Paisley can not sit still for a second, absolutely everything must be explored, chewed on, jumped on...and Miss Piper is always right behind! These girls are for experienced chin adult owners only- they are a little too active for a family with kids, as they will probably take a flying leap out of kids little hands.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Paisley, a Lindenhurst Chinchilla was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chinchilla for sale in Lindenhurst, or seeking a Chinchilla from a breeder in Lindenhurst.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lindenhurst already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lindenhurst breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chinchilla breeders who help with Chinchilla rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lindenhurst paves the way for another one to be saved.
