Sonny Boy is a gorgeous, white and tan cocker spaniel that was recently taken into rescue. He spent his life of 6 years living outside in a pen and he is so ready to start truly living life as your devoted companion. Sonny Boy is super sweet and his foster mom says he loves to attention. His coat was so heavily matted it had to be shaved. The groomer reported he was such a sweet heart while she was shaving him and she knew some of the mats had to have made his skin sore. We have a picture of him with his matted hair in the pen where he lived prior to rescue. Sonny Boy walks well on a leash, rides well in a car, does well with other dogs and is working very hard on his house manners. He is up to date on vaccinations and tested negative for heartworms. Once neutered, which will be completed asap, he will be ready to embark on his new life as your best bud.
