Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lil is one of the most affectionate cats we have ever had the pleasure to rescue. . Lil was born blind, so she needs time to adjust to any change of environment. She is new to a our Adoption Room, so she is still a bit anxious. With a slow, gentle approach, she will do well. Once she trusts you, Lil loves to be picked up and snuggled. She learned her new surroundings quickly and has no difficulty finding her food dishes and litter box.
Lil was surrendered to our rescue with her friend, Elsa. Since they are a bonded pair, it would be awesome to have them adopted together. But we will consider all applications and make a decision based upon what is best for Lil as we want her to be in a loving, FOREVER home.
Some things that will make it easier on your blind cat is to try to stay some what consistent on the important things, like the litter box and food bowls. For the rest of the house, live normal; they will go around things. If you watch a blind cat, you will see that they point their whiskers out so the whiskers will brush against something typically before they hit it. - See more at: http://www.blindcatrescue.com/about.htm#.dpuf
